Donor ImportDonorImport is a service which enables A/G missionaries to sync donation files with their support-raising software. The service currently works for daily cash receipts (.XLS) on the AGUSM missions portal.
Apps like TntConnect, DonorElf, or Partner Essentials (MPDx) are your best companions — especially if you need timely alerts, ease of use, 12-month reports, or a way to track your support-raising progress. However, it isn't easy to get your information into these tools. DonorImport makes it simpler to sync donations to your preferred support-raising tool:
A tool automatically downloads your donation files ("dailies") from the AG portal to a dropbox on your computer.
From your dropbox, a cloud service processes the files and sends them to your database via secure sync.

Upon registering, you'll receive instructions for the following:1. Extension: Use a browser extension that automatically downloads your daily donations from the AG missions portal. Works with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If you choose not to use the extension, you can always manually download your daily donation files to sync them with DonorImport.
2. Dropbox: Set your browser's default Downloads folder to a custom dropbox folder on your PC or Mac. This enables DonorImport to automatically sync your files directly to your support-raising software. You'll want to do this in a separate Chrome profile so it doesn't affect your normal browsing.
3. Connect: In your support-raising software, connect (log in) to your DonorImport organizational account. This will start the syncing from your computer. Off you go!
4. Payment: Set up a monthly fee to PNW XA. The amount depends on the software you intend to use.
ABOUT THIS TOOL
DonorImport is maintained by Pacific NW Chi Alpha. A/G missionaries may use DonorImport for their personal support raising. Donation data is synced from the missionary's computer to their support database via the DonorHub cloud service, using industry-standard security protocols.
